Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is a beautiful, new 99-bed skilled nursing facility located in Moreno Valley, California. We are proud to be Moreno Valley’s ONLY skilled nursing facility. Our facility services patients after a hospital discharge providing them with the warm, nurturing environment they deserve while they are healing. Patients will immerse themselves in our rehabilitation programs to get back to a higher level of independence and function.

Skilled Nursing
With all-new state-of-the-art equipment, new rooms with private showers in each room, our facility is ready to make our patients feel right at home.
Wound Care
Our dedicated wound care team treats wounds gently and respectfully in collaboration with a wound care physician who will monitor each site for signs of infection.
Respite Care
Our respite program provides the security and supervision each resident requires in a caring and compassionate environment, giving the caregiver peace of mind.
Activities
To aid in the healing process, patients will be offered daily opportunities to participate in activities. Our activities are based on patient interests to encourage participation and engagement.
Rehabilitation

Our staff of trained professionals is ready to assist each patient as they regain their independence through individualized rehabilitation programs offered 7 days a week. Rancho Bellagio Post Acute therapists work to address every aspect of rehabilitation. From walking strong to speaking clearly, our teams can help patients rebuild strength, skills, and confidence.
Physical Therapy

Occupational Therapy
Physical environments:
• Activities for memory, orientation, and cognitive integration
• Adaptive techniques and equipment to overcome physical disabilities
• Exercises to reduce the effects of arthritis or other conditions to maintain normal joint movement
• Therapeutic environment for activities of daily living re-training with full kitchen, bathroom, and bed
Speech Therapy
Communication and swallowing:
• Programs to strengthen verbal and non-verbal communication, including hearing impaired
• Focus on oral muscle strength and functions required for speaking and swallowing
Orthopedic Therapy
Following a joint replacement, our rehabilitation team will develop a plan to begin restoring each patient’s range of motion and mobility. Our goal is to improve patient confidence, reduce and manage pain, and get our patients back to successful daily life.
Cardiac Rehabilitation
Cardiac rehabilitation patients who have experienced a cardiac event requires a delicate balance of medication, diet, and lifestyle adjustments. Rancho Bellagio Post-Acute care can help manage each patients’ unique condition and its side effects while working with them to begin restoring their heart to healthy functioning.
Post-Stroke Rehabilitation
Rancho Bellagio Post-Acute focuses on regaining and refining skills, movement coordination, and speech loss due to stroke. We can help patients relearn how to perform daily tasks, compensate for permanent losses incurred from brain injury, and regain confidence.
