Just wanted to express how amazing this has been for us and our family, starting with admissions Natalie was so great and answered all my questions, food has been wonderful as well, Dorian has been great, social worker Alex always making sure we have everything, and activities Laura always has my grandma entertain .
So, this is a little long but worth reading I was at this facility for about 4 months (October ‘25- February ‘26)following a very bad accident. My experience was for the most part AMAZING. There was a resident that’s not great to ANYONE and the food is lacking( not the kitchen staffs fault, they’re fantastic- all of them- it’s lack of STATE FUNDING). Now let’s get to the reason of my post. Alex helped me get EVERYTHING situated and set up for permanent disability which was so helpful. I was not walking when I got there, they had told me I likely wouldn’t without assistance forever, BUT ‘they’ didn’t know I hade Henry and Wynn- exceptional PT and I had a lot of fight. I worked hard at PT and listened. I took my first steps there with Wynn- I still have the video. Now to the nurses, the ones who changed my pamper ( we all know it’s not a brief! It’s a Huggies! 🤣), bathed me, gave me comfort, told me to fight, kept me strong and held me when the trauma and blood thinners made my hair fall out( Sabrina- thank you- at my worst moment you just held me, let me cry, told me everything was going to be ok- and you were right) Shelby, Shelby was my rock, she kept me going when I was down, as a former nurse I do not say this lightly, she’s an amazing caregiver. Rancho Bellagio is lucky to have her. She’s a wonderful, attentive asset. She kept me laughing and smiling and that helped me when I was in pain. I am so grateful for you. You have a place in my heart forever. I hope life and RANCHO are treating you right. Alyson- a great nurse with a great future ahead. She’s a strong caring funny attentive caregiver as well. Olivia, Adrienne, Lisa and Z, all of you. I had amazing care. I was there when they were so short staffed it was ridiculous! This team named held that place together. I hope they are all appreciated. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
i wanted to inform you thank you for helping my mother Elsa ruiz to recover from being sick and helping her to walk again and I’m happy to have her at home now with me and we will take care of her I’m happy she is release
