My dad has been there 24 hrs. The facility and staff are great. Everyone seems very kind. The inside of the facility is well maintained and staff is communicative when I call. I want to thank the kind, hard working staff at Rancho Bellagio for making my dad’s transition from the hospital to here seamless.
I’d like to express myself personally to the dietary staff at Rancho Bellagio for doing such a great job accommodating my strict renal dietary menu. The kitchen staff goes over and beyond their duties allowing for this strict diet. Thank you so much for always being here for me.
Just wanted to express how amazing this has been for us and our family, starting with admissions Natalie was so great and answered all my questions, food has been wonderful as well, Dorian has been great, social worker Alex always making sure we have everything, and activities Laura always has my grandma entertain .

Nursing homes are rated from 1-5 stars based on health inspections, staffing, and quality measures. According to CMS, a rating of five stars means that quality is “much above average.”
