This place sucks! Let’s start with the food! Hooooooly! I haven’t had powdered eggs since the Army! They were cubed and slimy! Just like I remember them! I asked for a sandwich and it was two slices of bread and one slice of turkey. That’s it. Like what are you even doing? I haven’t even eaten the food since I got here, and have been getting Uber Eats to survive lol Anyway, last day and it’s day 5. I’m still waiting on them to do my belongings inventory. Nobody settled me in at all and the welcome and overall stay was just super lame. They didn’t even know I was coming when I got here smh. The thing that pmo the most about this place, is that it charges the Department of Veterans Affairs for daily rehab. Big money! $$$$ Not once! Not one time! Did I get ANY rehab. Despite them even telling me I would! Absolutely insane work to charge for this! I WILL be reporting this to the VA and will actively work to end your contract so you will no longer be able to steal from US taxpayers. Don’t be fooled by the fancy name and exterior. It’s all to trick you into dumping your family member here. This place sucks! Especially the food! They are super cheap!! For $2,000+ a day, I expected so much more! RIP taxpayers 🥀 The administration is destroying this place. Take your VA contract seriously and get a clue!!

I hope the VA stops working with these people. That’s all I have to say.

Top notch, professional and So Very Friendly. Each & Everyone I encountered did their very best to make my stay a better one.The rehabilitation staff guide you through each step with safety and compassion. The food is healthy and pretty Good too! Should I find myself in need for a place to recuperate after a procedure, Rancho Belagio is first on my List.

I was a patient here from December to January and I had a wonderful stay here. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely come here again. The staff here is amazing and I loved this place and the people.

I have been here almost a year, and this place has saved my life more than once. Reading some of the reviews I’ve seen some Negative ones on the food. The management staff here is awesome. Dorian, the kitchen manager, is more than willing to meet with anyone to customize their menus to their likes and dislikes. They also have an alternative menu for lunch and dinner If what’s on the printed menu doesn’t sound appealing. This place has gone far above and beyond to make sure every patient is taken care of and happy. All you have to do is ask.

I brought my uncle here. The staff was amazing . Alot of communication. I recommend this facility to anyone

I like to share that yesterday i had the care plan with the Directors of this nursing facility and they all explain very good the care of my husband and i was extremely satisfy with the care his receiving from the housekeeping, nutrition, activities, social workers and nursing department etc. many many thank you to all of you 🙏🙏

Itsfor the kitchen they very clean there food is real good and I am diabetic so they take there time and please us in anything we need

My husband is nearing the end of his 3 months at Rancho Bellagio. It is very hard to depend on others to care for a loved one. Having kind, loving, dedicated people is essential! While I only have positive things to say about his stay there. It’s the people who work there that make the difference. His CPAs and nurses are wonderful. Chana makes sure to call and update me every shift. She greets me with a smile every time I visit. Lilly and Jacob are great too. The therapists who provided both physical and occasional therapy for my husband continually encourage and support him to improve his health. As it’s time to move on, his social worker, Alejandro is working hard to find the perfect next step placement. I never once had a negative conversation or interaction with any member of the staff. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The activities available look fun and inviting. The meals are varied, look appetizing, smell and taste delicious. If my husband ever requires a skilled nursing facility in the future we would definitely return to Rancho Bellagio.

The service provider in kitchen is good and is willing to work with me. Any issues I have, supervisor Dorian is very helpful. They monitor my weight also. Thank you.

I’m a resident of this facility I enjoy the meals they serve my favorite is toast beef and they had an amazing turkey dinner and all familys enjoyed I am very grateful to be here and meeting great people

It’s extremely difficult to get ahold of someone over the phone despite leaving voicemails. In order to get any questions answered, you have to visit the actual facility; staff is fairly friendly.
